This year-round cottage is in a great location for skiing and boating! Dock is shared between cottage renters and owners but boats can be kept on mooring pins. Renters' boats cannot be stored on the dock. The Kings Pointe Association has several common areas that are considered communal use for all renters. The access to the firepit, playground and lake are available to all renters in the association cottages.
