village house near a river

My place is good for couples, families, and four-legged friends if they're nice to cats. the house is in a village at the start of several hiking trails. 3 km from Castillons-en-Couserans where there are some shops. The space The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room, a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Only one room is not accessible to the tenant... Outside there is a small garden with terrace and barbecue. Other things to note this house is our main residence and we rent it out during our absences. There are 3 cats, Olive and Tom, 2 red ones who are 1 year old, and Jazz who is 10 years old... they are quite wild and the two youngest live outside most of the time, they come in and out through the cat flap... Jazz will stay near the house and will only come in if she feels confident. I would therefore just ask you to feed them (of course I will leave what is needed). For this reason I am removing the cleaning fee...
