Hot tub, gas grill, fire pit. Our dogs love people and will interact if you want them to. Very safe neighborhood, dead-end street, and the dogs make it safer. Guest access The private entrance is through a gate on the street. Please shut and latch the gate as you enter and exit so the dogs can't go walking. Parking is free and on-street. During your stay We live upstairs, and Hawk works from home. He would be available most of the time. We have other AirBnB spaces in our home but you would not need to interact with other guests if you preferred privacy. The walk-out basement is light and airy, large, and has plenty of privacy. We make ourselves available for interaction, but leave it up to guests after your orientation. Other things to note We are far enough from the city bustle to be very quiet, yet close enough to be convenient. Common laundry room available upon request. THIS NEXT SECTION IS TO AVOID ANY UNPLEASANTNESS AFTER ARRIVING Have I mentioned our wonderful dogs? They will want to meet you. They are happy to play fetch or just get pets from you. They have access to the yard but spend most of their time in our part of the dwelling. They do not have access to the rooms. On a positive note, they alert us when people or vehicles approach their property, so we have never had intruders.
