With 4 bedrooms (3 x queen beds and 2 x single beds) and 2 bathrooms it easily caters for the whole family. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite while the family bathroom has a bath and seperate toilet. The private jetty can facilitate an eight metre boat with easy access through the canals to the Exmouth Gulf for all the fishing and snorkeling you can handle. There is a deck, opening out from the main living area equipped with a family sized BBQ and spacious outdoor dining, allowing you and your family a full view of the Canals day and night. If all that is not enough, there is even a brand new pool, newly installed and ready to enjoy. Bonefish has an open plan kitchen, seperate lounge and plenty of parking out the front. Each room facing the canal has either a large window or door to open up to the outdoors and enjoy the sea breezes and views. Town beach is an easy five minute walk. The Exmouth Yacht Club, Whalers restaurant and Mantarays resort are all within a an easy 15 minute walk if a night out is what you are seeking. Come stay at Bonefish, relax and enjoy all that Exmouth canal living has to offer. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed. All linen and bath towels are provided.
