We are only 10 minutes drive to the city and 10 minutes drive to Oakura, which is the start of the Surf Highway. The space Our cosy bungalow style granny flat is fully furnished and self-contained with a newly renovated bathroom. Newly installed gas infinity, flooring, curtains, blinds and insulation. Your accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, heated towel rail and washing machine. The bedroom has a double wardrobe, chested draws, queen size bed, Ecosa mattress with comfy thick topper. We use high thread count sheets and a 100% wool duvet. Electric blanket for the colder seasons. You’ll have breakfast where the sun shines through the kitchen and dining room and relax in the evening where the red hue sun sets in the living space. Guest access Guests can directly access the property through the front door or a private side entry off the cul-de-sac. Parking is on street within a few meters of the properties lounge.
