"The Centurion" 1985 Mini Winnebago RV
Description
Come enjoy our cozy, newly renovated 1985 Mini Winnebago. Conveniently located on B Street in Grants Pass, close to downtown and walking distance to the dollar mountain trailhead. There are two beds, one in the loft above the cab and the back couch pulls out flat to be the second. We have plenty of bedding. There is a kitchen equipped with the basics and a small bathroom. Space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. NO smoking allowed. The space The small bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. Each are updated and usable. However, along with a quirks of an older model RV there is no hot water. The water coming from the facets is not drinkable but jugs of water will be provided to drink and cook with. There is a small fridge/freezer that work great, the stove is for guest use as well. This RV has not only been a fun project to update but also is our family's "Happy Place". We are excited to share it with you! Nestled up alongside a row of bamboo makes for a fun, simple, unique little spot to stay. This is a stationary RV for our guests. We do not have it set up in a way so guests can drive it off the property at this time. Other things to note This is a “glamping” experience. The RV is only 21 feet. It has beds, the table, bathroom, cab, back couch, lots of cupboards, sink, stove, fridge... all in 21 feet. It’s a great use of space but it is cozy! Along with the quirks of being an older RV, the water from faucets isn’t drinkable, we will provide cold bottled waters- the toilet is a foot pedal flush and if needed, there is a jug to help you flush waste down with. There is no AC however we do our very best to only have it available on nights that we are confident we can cool it down to a comfortable temperature. If needed we put an AC unit in the passenger window to help with this. We want you to have a unique and comfortable experience so please let us know how we can help!
