The space Please note that this charming second-story apartment requires climbing 18 steps, so please consider this when booking. Thoughtfully renovated to modern standards, the space beautifully preserves the historic architecture and original design of the home. Inside, guests will enjoy soaring ceilings, rich original hardwood floors, elegant crown molding, and tasteful furnishings that create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms located at the back of the home, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The full-size bathroom is conveniently situated between the bedrooms for easy access. Step outside to the relaxing front porch, an ideal spot to unwind with friends or family after a day of exploring all that Savannah has to offer. Dog lovers are warmly welcomed here—bring your furry friends along! A pet fee of $50 per day, per dog helps us maintain the home’s cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Guest access Guests are allowed access to the backyard (assigned parking) and the second story apartment. The ground floor apartment is also an Airbnb and will likely have our guests in it. Other things to note This fabulous home sits on a quiet street that is not frequently trafficked; however, you are likely to hear sounds typical of city living as you will be staying in the Heart of Downtown. If you park behind the property, you must enter the backyard and walk around the building to reach the front door as there is no back door on the home. The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends.
