The master bedroom is king size and has it's own ensuite, the second bedroom is king size with beds that are able to split into two singles (please let me know when you book if you wish the beds to be split), and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a main bathroom with shower and the laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to cook up a storm plus there is a microwave and Nespresso machine. There is plenty of room to relax in the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with access out to the private and enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property. The house is located within a complex of 7 other houses with a shared driveway but there is parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house. There is pedestrian access to Ned Higgins Lane whether there is further parking should you require it. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
