Guest access The Residence Kalim Bay offers world-class amenities to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Take a dip in the communal pool, read a book and unwind on the sun loungers, or have a cocktail at the pool bar. 24-hour security ensures your safety and peace of mind. Other things to note Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used. Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check in is available on request free of charge. Please note, no parking space is available at the Residence.
