Charming house located in the heart of Scarperia, a beautiful medieval village about 30 km north of Florence. It is the perfect base for exploring famous Tuscan cities and landmarks, while enjoying authentic Italian village life. It offers two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. A cozy mezzanine-level sitting room adds extra space for relaxation. Outside, you’ll find a small private courtyard outfitted with a table, chairs and an umbrella — perfect for dining outside in summer. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that there is no dedicated parking on the property, but free on-street parking is available nearby. Upon arrival, we will gladly show you the best places to park. The Mugello racetrack, where the Italian MotoGP takes place, is less than 1km away - approximately 15 mins on foot. N.B. PRICE WILL DIFFER FOR THE MOTOGP WEEKEND AND THE MINIMUM STAY IS 4 NIGHTS. Guest access Situated in the heart of the village, the house offers easy access on foot to a variety of local amenities, including excellent bars, restaurants, bakeries, children’s playgrounds, shops and supermarkets. On the outskirts of the village, you’ll find a sports centre with a gym and outdoor pool. For shopping enthusiasts, the Barberino Designer Outlet is only a 15-minute drive away, home to brands like D&G, Ralph Lauren, Furla and many more. Bilancino Lake, just a 10-minute drive away, is perfect for water sports such as paddleboarding and pedal boat rentals. You can also enjoy swimming or simply relax on the beach, where a bar and a restaurant are available for refreshments. The area is also popular for hiking and trekking, with numerous trails starting just outside the village. Notably, the famed ‘Way of the Gods’ route between Florence and Bologna passes close by. Please note that next door there is a lively bar that occasionally hosts live music in the summer evenings until midnight.
