Beach vibes - ‘Bisbee at Alex’

Located in the bustling suburb of Alexandra Headland, Bisbee at Alex is a two bedroom apartment which offers a spacious and bright interior. Located on the first floor. Just a 300m stroll to the beach / cafes / restaurants, and the well known "Alex Surf Club'. Leave your car safely parked in the driveway, and walk or bike to great surf breaks and everything Alex or Mooloolaba has to offer. This apartment is ideal for a small family or couples. It's the ideal location! The space * Air conditioning in main living room (with ceiling fans in both bedrooms), this apartment has modern fixtures. * Smart TV and free fast Wifi. * 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4) * 1 x comfy queen size bed, 1 x king size bed that can be turned into 2 x XL single size beds if required. * Each of our beds have mattress protectors, and pillow protectors. Each bed boasts cotton sheets, and 4 standard pillows. * Bisbee is a fully self contained unit with loads of open living space, opening on to your own large balcony where you can sit at the breakfast bench with your morning coffee. * Large modern kitchen with a gas cooktop, fridge, oven and microwave. * Free off-street parking right at the bottom of our private stairs. Leave your car parked safely in the driveway. * Cruise around the Alex area and coastal tracks on the 4 bikes provided. * 3 x 'soft-top' surfboards for you and the kids to use. * Downstairs you'll find a brand new washing machine and dryer. * We have supplied outdoor chairs and a small esky, for an afternoon walk down to the famous Alex Hill for the sunset drinks. Guest access Our Bisbee guests will have full private access to the entire unit. Downstairs you will find the laundry plus all the recreation amenities. One single car can be parked in the driveway in front of Bisbee's garage. Self checkin instructions will be provided the day before checkin Other things to note * Although we don't live on site we are available to answer any questions. * The furnishings/linen in the unit may differ from those pictured. * We suggest packing beach towels. Bath towels are provided. * We do offer a portacot if requested, however we ask for the guests to provide all the cot linen. * Bisbee is in a cracking location! the downside to this is the street that Bisbee resides on can get a little noisy depending on the time of day. We do supply earplugs. * Bisbee has a strict No Party Policy * No Schoolies/School leaver groups permitted/Bucks or Hens parties * Max 4 guests * Dog friendly on request - Please ask if you wish to bring your dog, considered on a case by case basis. Small, well-behaved, housetrained and toilet trained are welcome. There is a $50 pet fee required and must be added when placing your booking. All dog bedding must be supplied. No pets allowed on any beds or furniture. Additional charges for extra cleaning time may apply.
