The space 【Bedrooms & Bedding】 ・1F Bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed ・1F Japanese-style room: 2 futon sets ・2F Bedroom: 1 single bed, 1 semi-double bed 【Living/Dining】 The 2nd floor living room is furnished with a table and sofa. The terrace and living room windows offer sweeping views of Beppu Bay, especially beautiful on clear days. A washing machine is also located on the 2nd floor, convenient for extended stays. 【Kitchen】 The kitchen is equipped with cookware, tableware, and children's dishes. ※For hygiene reasons, cooking oil, seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.), and plastic wrap are not provided. Please bring your own if needed. 【Bathroom】 The 1st floor bathroom features a continuous-flow (kake-nagashi) natural hot spring bath. ※Please note that as the flow depends on the natural spring, water output may vary depending on the season and weather. Toothbrushes are provided for the number of guests. Clean towels and linens are provided, but are not exchanged during your stay. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional items. 【Other Room Features】 The 1st floor also includes a playroom that can be used as a play space for children. Other things to note ♨ Important Notice Regarding the Hot Spring ・This property's hot spring shares its source with the surrounding area, so due to increased usage or weather conditions, the water supply may become insufficient and the hot spring may become unavailable. Especially during cold weather, the flow may become extremely low, and it is possible for the hot spring to stop flowing entirely. ・If the hot spring stops flowing, it will also be impossible to fill the bathtub, meaning bathing itself may become difficult. Please understand this in advance. ・This property is advertised as having a "hot spring," but please make your reservation only if you understand and accept that the situations described above may occur, resulting in the hot spring being unavailable. ・Please note that no refunds will be issued if the hot spring is unavailable. ・If the hot spring is unavailable, we kindly ask that you use a nearby day-use hot spring facility instead. (Any usage fees will be at the guest's own expense.) ＊＊Hot Springs Near the Property＊＊ Teruyu Onsen: 11-min walk Sakurayu: 6-min drive Hyotan Onsen: 7-min drive ・A penalty of ¥50,000 will be charged if trash or cigarette butts are littered in the surrounding area, or if smoking occurs indoors. ・If complaints about trash are received during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property. ・The hot spring water can reach temperatures close to 100°C, so please do not touch it directly. Adjust the temperature by adding cold water if it's too hot, or hot water if it's too cool. ・Always check the water temperature before bathing. Children are not permitted to bathe alone, due to the risk of burns. ・As the hot spring temperature is difficult to stabilize, it may take time for the temperature to become consistent. ・Depending on weather conditions, the flow of hot spring water may decrease, or sand may occasionally be mixed in. ・Please turn off the hot spring faucet at check-out.
