The space 【Important Notice Regarding Hot Springs】 ・Our hot springs share their source with surrounding areas. Therefore, increased usage or weather conditions may cause insufficient water flow, potentially making the hot springs unavailable. During cold periods especially, water flow may become extremely low, and the hot springs may stop flowing entirely. ・If the hot springs stop flowing, we cannot fill the bath tubs with water. Please understand that bathing itself may become difficult. ・While our facility is advertised as featuring hot springs, we kindly request reservations only from guests who understand and accept that the hot springs may become unavailable due to the reasons stated above. ・Please note that refunds or other compensation cannot be provided if the hot springs are unavailable. ・Should the hot springs be unavailable, we recommend utilizing nearby day-trip hot spring facilities. (Any associated fees will be the responsibility of the guest.) Other things to note The room can accommodate up to 8 people. ・If you are caught throwing cigarettes away on the ground within our vicinity, you will be fined 50000 yen. ・If we receive any complaints litter related during your stay, we will unfortunately have to ask you to vacate your room. ・Do not touch the hot spring directly, as the temperature may reach nearly 100℃. If the temperature is too high, add water. If the temperature is too low, add hot water to adjust the temperature. ・Always check the temperature before taking a bath. Children are not allowed to bathe alone due to the risk of burns. ・The temperature of the hot spring is not stable, so it may take some time for the temperature to become constant. ・Due to weather conditions, the amount of hot spring water may decrease, or sand may be mixed in. ・Please turn off the onsen faucet when you check out.
