Note: in the summer there is a fire ban and there’s a $300 fee for anybody who has an outside fire so no fires in the Summer. Also, Sasquatch does not allow any fireworks whatsoever so again there will be a fine if you set off any type of fireworks. Our next-door neighbour is fire chief so keep that in mind 😆 Because this is a cabin on a mountain from time to time you may hear or see mice. We do have mice prevention in place and our cleaners do full sanitization measures but again this is a risk for booking a true cabin in the woods so no discounts. As well, because we are on a mountain there’s always the chance that nature may play a role in sometimes the mountain/ski hill being closed down or shut down or water being limited or even might run dry if there’s a drought. We are not responsible for things out of our control & you take that risk booking a cabin on a mountain top so no refunds for acts of nature.
