Well stocked, this quiet corner unit - the best in the resort - has king beds, in suite laundry & large outdoor deck. Open all year is the large hot tub and private lake Okanagan beach. We have a HUGE well heated pool open May-Oct. 28’ boat slip available. With no cleaning fees guests help with a few tasks. Contact us prior to booking. Single small pet only. No smoking The space Please confirm guest numbers are suitable for home prior to booking. Modern very well stocked kitchen with bar seating. Large comfy king bedrooms with room for a crib or pack n play. Bright, very clean and uncluttered, there is a pullout queen in the living room. Both bathrooms feature full shower and tubs. The large deck views the lake, pool and gardens and is outfitted with cozy lounge seating and BBQ area. In suite laundry and storage, parking for two plus many complex amenities make this everything you and your guests need to have an amazing vacation. We take respectful and amazing guests not looking to party or disturb others within the property. Please ensure you are familiar with our strata rules - nonsmoking, pets limit, ev charging, noise, pool and hot tub conduct. 2025 rate: $75 per day for entire stay for boat lift use $30 per day infant fee 100% FIRE refund, since opening in 2018 we have provided every guest a full refund regardless of our cancellation policy and will continue to do so. If your trip is cancelled due to fire evacuation orders, airport closures and travel bans. We stress that smoke in the Okanagan Valley like everywhere in Canada is a common and unpredictable occurrence. Those with respiratory medical conditions should be aware of this and strongly consider in their booking requests! DEPARTURE DAY CLEANING DUTIES: AS INDICATED AT TIME OF BOOKING, CLEANING ASSISTANCE IS EXPECTED IN EXCHANGE FOR NO CLEANING FEES. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE DUTIES WE WILL CHARGE A CLEANING COST UP TO $450. PLEASE NOTE PET FEE IS SEPARATE FROM THIS WE HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS. WE BASE THESE DUTIES ON 2 ADULTS DEDICATING AT LEAST 1 HR EACH ON CHECKOUT DAY. 1st PERSON ALL USED BEDS: GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO STRIP ALL USED BEDS PLEASE REMOVE THE DUVET COVERS AS WELL! DO NOT LEAVE BEDDING ON THE FLOOR BUT IN THE HAMPER BASKETS PROVIDED, OR IN THE LIVING ROOM ON COUCHES. ON DEPARTURE DAY WE EXPECT YOU TO START WASHING BEDDING AND TOWELS, ONCE WASHED PLACED BACK ON THE BED TELLING US IT’S CLEAN. WE UNDERSTAND IF YOU ARE LEAVING EARLY YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TIME TO DO MUCH LAUNDRY. BUT IF YOU ARE STAYING TIL CHECKOUT AT 11AM WE WOULD EXPECT MORE THAN ONE LOAD TO BE DONE AND THERE TO BE LOADS IN WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER WHEN WE ARRIVE. YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REPLACE BEDDING, BUT IT IS APPRECIATED. BEDDING ON A BED INDICATES IT’S BEEN WASHED OR THE BED WAS NOT USED. GATHER ALL DIRTY TOWELS GARBAGE: ALL SHOULD BE COLLECTED, EMPTIED AND PLACED OUTSIDE NEATLY. RECYCLING SHOULD BE ORGANISED OUTSIDE AS WELL. 2nd PERSON KITCHENS: OUR NEMESIS!! POTS, DISHES AND UTENSILS PUT AWAY – CLEAN AND WHERE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PUT - TIDY. (AS BEST YOU CAN REMEMBER). FRIDGES WIPED CLEAN ALONG WITH STOVES, COUNTERS, MICROWAVES, AND OVENS, COFFEE MAKERS & TOASTERS. BARBEQUES SHOULD HAVE BITS BURNED OFF. FYI: FRUIT AND VEGGIES, UNOPENED DAIRY, FROZEN GOODS ETC WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL FOOD BANK IF LEFT BEHIND. DON’T LEAVE THE FRIDGE A MESS. TIDY THE HOUSE: SHOULD BE LIGHTLY SWEPT, OR QUICK VACUUM OF HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, AND PUT FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM. ASSIST WITH LAUNDRY AS WELL. **WASHROOMS: BESIDES GATHERING TOWELS WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO CLEAN THIS AREA. ANY ADDITIONAL PET FEE COVERS AN ADDITIONAL TIME ON OUR FURNITURE AND EXTRA HOUSE/BEDDING CLEANING THAT WE DO EACH TIME (MORE IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE PETS). Guest access Guests have full use of all resort amenities, the pool hot tub and beach is a 2 minute walk. Showers and change rooms are located adjacent the pool area for you and your kids. Check in is simple and seamless by FOB and your own personal code. The private marina is accessed by our beach area and your slip is one of the best on the lake with direct access and power lift. Other things to note Resort rules are strictly enforced with fines for infractions. Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged in the parkade No use of hot tub or pool after 11pm. No music allowed at pool. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the resort grounds. You must goto the street. Pets can only do duties off resort grounds Hot tub is open all year!! Very warm heated pool opens mid- May through October Thanksgiving weekend. No floaties or toys are allowed in pool area sorry! Pets only have a small area out front for use. No smoking in the complex or on balconies allowed. Standard 2 million liability insurance required and must be provided for boats docked at marina. $50 per day for slip use will be added to booking.
