You can walk to the beaches of Mataleñas (5 minutes) and Sardinero (10 minutes), making it ideal for families or groups of people who want to enjoy the summer in a quiet environment. Guest access The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a covered porch with pleasant views. It also has a large fenced patio to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note The apartment is in a two-story detached house. The owners of the apartment live on the ground floor and need their rest hours to be respected to go to work. Refrain from booking if the intention is to hold parties in the apartment. In this case our accommodation is not suitable. Guests will be held responsible and must pay for any "anomaly" caused by misuse or misbehavior. No smoking or pets allowed.
