The house consists of 3 bedrooms on the top floor (three double beds and two single beds), a full bathroom, a toilet on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a fireplace, heating and a 400m2 private garden (for the exclusive use of the house only). It has fiber Wifi. July, August, early September, Christmas, Easter and every Friday of the year, check-out is at 11:00 AM. The space The house is ideal for a family of 4 or 6 members. However, the house has a maximum capacity of 8 people. At the top of the house there are 3 large bedrooms. A full bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi is available, 1000 MB fiber optic, ideal for teleworking from a peaceful and quiet environment. The house has a private garden for guests of almost 350m2, with a beautiful wooden porch where you can eat or rest in the shade and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Vall de Camprodon. Comfortable and free parking right outside the house. Guest access Bed linen is included. WIFI is available, 1000 MB fiber optic Shower towels are not included. Pets are allowed upon express request and have an additional cost of €24, which is paid at the time of booking. Firewood is the guest's responsibility. Other things to note The home consists of heating, in case guests would like to light the fireplace, firewood, and fire supplies are at guests' expense. No more than 2 pets allowed. Each pet will incur a surcharge of €24 per stay, payable with the same reservation. The barbecue must be left clean before leaving the accommodation, otherwise an additional €15 will be charged. Please leave the house as you found it, as clean and tidy as possible, to facilitate subsequent cleaning services, as a small cleaning fee is charged to the guest. The official check-out is at 4:00 pm but can be extended until 7:00 pm upon request and if there is availability, to take advantage of the whole day, except for the months of July, August, until September 15, Christmas dates from December 19 to January 11, Easter and Fridays of the whole year that the check-out must be made before 11:00 am.
