The Space: ‘Mariners Family Retreat’ is well set up to host multiple families and large groups with ability to sleep up to 14 guests across multiple rooms. Features of the home include fully equipped kitchen, indoor fireplace, large living room, secure rear yard with ability to store caravan/boat behind gates off-street and single garage with bait fridge for the keen fisherman’s. The property is set over two levels. On the ground floor is the internal laundry, kitchen/dining, master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom and main living room. Upstairs you will find second living/rumpus, deck looking towards the bay, 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. The property is an older property. It has been a family holiday home for over 20 years and enjoyed thoroughly. Now it’s time for other families to enjoy the easy going, relaxed energy of the home and the township of St Leonards. WIFI is available at the property including Smart TVs. KEY NOTES Main Bedroom – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Bunk (Double on base and single top) plus additional single Bedroom 3 – 2 x Bunks (one with double on base and single base) both are singles on top Living Room (Downstairs) – Pull out double sofa Rumpus (Upstairs) – Fold down sofa (Could sleep 2 but best for one child) Heating/Cooling – 2 x Brand New (Nov 2022) large reverse cycle air conditioners. One upstairs and One downstairs. Plus indoor fire place for those colder winter months. Car Parking – Plenty of off-street parking for 4 cars plus nature strip and free on-street parking. Cleaning Fee includes provision of linen and towels for the entire house so all you need to bring with you is Beach Towels.
