Villa Ashiana is located on a hill overlooking the historic, scenic Marigot Bay, a long-established yacht haven. The 2-storey, 5-bedroom villa is beautifully appointed with lots of lounge and entertainment space indoors and out, and niches for relaxation and repose or dining and being social. The upper floor houses the air-conditioned bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms have access to the walk-out patio. The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped, modern kitchen which is a cook’s dream. The kitchen opens out into a dining and living room and beyond that to a comfy lounge/ entertainment area. The ground floor enjoys access to a large verandah with further dining and lounge options, and that extends to the pool deck which features a gorgeous infinity pool with Marigot Bay views. The deck is perfect for evening cocktails and a vantage from which to watch the brilliant Marigot sunsets. Villa Ashiana is minutes away from Marigot Bay village and marina which houses several restaurants, a bakery, shops and bank. Ashiana Villa is equipped with an array of included amenities and services: • Personal service by the villa staff, including a housekeeper (every other day) and cook (three days of cook service) Amenities and services available upon request (extra charge): • Cook service - Additional days ($80 per additional day) Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children.
