Just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD. The apartment is on the TOP FLOOR with direct Harbour views from Berry’s Bay to Luna Park and Lavender Bay/Milsons Point. You can’t get better than this! There is NO AIR CONDITIONING but there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room plus portable fans including an evaporative cooler. Please note THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK! The living room has large picture windows with a magnificent views comfy sofa and large TV. There is a dining area with dining table seating 4 people. The whole apartment is flooded with sunshine. Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for nights at home, including a fabulous view! There’s a stunning view also from the bedroom where you have a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space. Streamline modern bathroom with easy access shower. Parking* is open air in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark. Spaces are not allocated, just choose where suits. Please provide your car registration details for boom-gate access. Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use. $4 wash $4 dryer - takes $2 coins only. Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which are directly in front of the lifts and have the level number on the door. Enjoy the wonderful Harbour front pool and BBQ area*. The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Sydney, it is a quiet and tranquil apartment with very good neighbours. It is our humble home and we hope you will enjoy and respect it.
