You will enjoy a master bedroom with direct views of the ocean on the mezzanine floor. This master contains a brand-new, hotel-grade electric fireplace. Next to the master, there is a large mezzanine living room with a king-size bed, a king-size day bed, and a comfortable sofabed plus a games area with giant jenga. The mezzanine floor also has a bathroom with a bath and stunning views. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. One room has a queen bed, the second has two king-single beds, and the third contains a bunkbed and a single bed. There is also another bathroom with a separate toilet downstairs. The open plan kitchen and lounge room is designed to maximise ocean views from any almost vantage point. The kitchen is fully equipped including with a nespresso machine, the WIFI is fast, and the 65-Inch Samsung Frame television is loaded with 'pay-TV' international television and streaming services. The fireplace is available for colder nights, but you will more often find yourself enjoying a meal on the sea-facing external patio. The patio is equipped with a BBQ and pizza oven, 7-piece outdoor dining table and additional outdoor furniture. All rooms are equipped with split A/C units to either cool the rooms during summer or heat them during winter. Need More Space? The "Beach House" adjoins to another 2-bedroom property called "Town House" (which sleeps up to six). Subject to availability, the entire 7-bedroom property (called "Seaview Residence") can be booked-out which will sleep up to 16 adults. The only shared space is to the laundry room at the back of the property. This is shared with the adjoining "Town House" property. There is a door next to the fire place from which you can access the shared laundry facilities. Both adjoining properties have their own internal lockable doors for security and privacy.
