If you work remotely, there is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and many perfect corners for working or studying. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs: BEDROOM 1: 1 king bed, upstairs BEDROOM 2: 1 king bed, upstairs BEDROOM 3: 2 queen beds, upstairs BEDROOM 4: 1 queen bed, downstairs, ideal for people with reduced mobility. The house has a portable fan and a heater, if needed. The private patio, with outdoor furniture, will quickly become your favorite spot. Other things to note Important information before booking: Mexico City is experiencing a decrease in water supply in 2024. This measure has been taken to ensure the medium-term supply of water from the Cutzamala System, whose overall storage level has been reduced as a result of the drought that has affected the country in recent years. It is important to mention that there is sufficient water on the property. In the event of a shortage, we will provide water through an external distributor, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding. The house across the street is under construction, with work taking place during business hours. There is no daily cleaning service, but you can request it for an additional fee. Basic supplies are provided to start your stay. There will be an extra charge for any additional unregistered guests. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement when you confirm your reservation. A security deposit may be required. There are security cameras in outdoor common areas. * Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Nor can the dates be changed. * In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend that you keep an eye on the weather forecast and pack the clothes that best suit the climate :). * We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. It is important to note that towels that are stained or permanently damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely for removing makeup or for products that may stain. RULES: Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. No smoking. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $1500 MXN. No parties or loud noises after 10 pm; fine of $500 MXN. Registered guests only. No camping on the property. Tenants are responsible for damage or extra cleaning fees. ID required. No moving furniture and no pets allowed. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
