My accommodation is good for couples, adventure seekers and families (with children). The space It is a new building from 2016 and is equipped with modern apartments and apartment. All apartments are air conditioned. The house can accommodate 10-12 people. Two apartments are designed for 2-3 people. For 4-6 people there is a 2 bedroom apartment. The modern equipment on a German level, as well as the stylishly furnished apartments, are always praised by our guests. Our goal is to offer you a special stay with level in Croatia. The apartments in the house are equipped with all the necessary things you need daily. The bedding and towels are provided by us in general, which saves space in the suitcase, among other things! All apartments come with flat screen TV. The apartments in our house are spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the large apartment No. 1 for 4-6 persons and on the 1st floor. Find apartment no. 2 and 3 for each (2-3 people) Each apartment has a balcony or terrace equipped with lounge furniture overlooking the sea on one side and on the other side overlooking the Velebit mountains. In the yard you will find a Mediterranean holiday dream with a large pool (BJ.2016), palm trees, outdoor shower and paved Dalmatian natural stones. For convivial parties, a grill is available together. Parking for your car is available in the lockable courtyard, as well as in front of the courtyard. Other things to note We welcome you to our holiday villa in the idyllic coastal village of Vrsi-Mulo, a pearl of Dalmatia, located near Zadar. Our contemporary residence, built in 2016, presents itself with four bedrooms, three comfortable sofa beds, three fully equipped bathrooms as well as a separate toilet, all artfully distributed over three apartments – one downstairs and two upstairs. Vrsi, a picturesque Dorado on the Adriatic Riviera, is located only 15 kilometers from the historical city of Zadar and offers immediate access to the azure sea. Our villa is located in a peaceful area, just a short, about 300 meters long walk from the lively beach and charming promenade. In the traditional fishing village of Vrsi-Mulo, which is an autonomous community, you will find everything your heart desires: daily necessities, medical facilities, pharmacies and dental practices. A variety of exquisite restaurants along the Promenade and in the adjacent alleys offer culinary delights – whether fresh fish, seafood or the classic pizza and pasta for the fine palate. There are several small shops, daily markets with fresh products such as fish, meat, vegetables and fruit as well as two bakeries available for your purchases. Relaxation and pleasure are offered by the numerous cafes along the promenade, beach bars, various ice cream parlors, fast food stalls, a hairdresser's salon and various water sports activities, including jet ski and banana boat rentals. Vrsi offers you two enchanting beach variants: on the one hand, a gently sloping bay with a mixture of fine gravel and sand on the promenade side – the main beach – and on the other hand, just five minutes away by car, a pure sandy beach that is particularly popular with the youngest guests.
