A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with a stunning open plan living, dining, and kitchen zone, and 2 private outdoor areas – both enjoying city and river views. The space It is hard to describe just how beautifully this home has been renovated, polished floorboards, warm exposed brick walls, a bespoke kitchen with specially designed and built steel plate benchtops, quality appliances and throughout a sense of style and sophistication. Both bathrooms belong in design magazines and the 2 Queen Size ground level bedrooms are large, charming and welcoming with plenty of storage and quality beds and mattresses. The third bedroom is in its own second level space and has 2 excellent single beds and would be a great kids ‘hang out’. The dining table has been crafted using timber taken from original home during renovation and like the whole house is both stylish and excellent quality. There is street parking only but always seems to be plenty available either right out front or just around corner. The only problem is that it may be very hard to leave.
