Our house located in a very quiet and secure residence will allow you to enjoy the garden while being 100 m from the L5 metro and shops (pharmacy, Aldi and Casino supermarket, bakery, Post Office) and 200 m from the Ourcq Canal. It has a parking space. You will be at La Villette in 5 minutes, at Gare du Nord in about 10 minutes, at République in 15 minutes and at Bastille in 20 minutes. The space The house is on 3 levels: Ground floor: entrance + toilet + garage including washing machine 1st floor: Living room with open kitchen overlooking a quiet green and shaded garden. There is also a piano and guitar available for musicians. Many books and comics are available as well as all the amenities for children (high chair, crib and baby bed, toys etc...) 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160 double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed that can be converted into a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a baby bed) as well as separate toilets and a bathroom with bathtub. It's possible to use our charcoal barbecue for sunny days. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic as well as subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, MyCanal...) Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. Other things to note This is the house we live in, so it's as alive as we are, but always clean and tidy. However, we ask tenants to take care of it. NB: we also have a cat, Bobi, very nice and affectionate, who will need to be given kibble and water. Do not book the house if you are allergic to cats.
