Villa Santa: seafront & panorama

Beautiful sea-front villa split into 2 levels, with private parking, covered patio, and indoor living room. The house has access to the beach through a private set of stairs (less than 100 steps). Perfect place to relax, get some sun, and enjoy the stunning beauty of South Sardinia. I'm currently finishing renovations inside the house, so I don't have the new pictures yet. I have put out what I have, and I'm happy to send videos of the house via the chat (AirBnb doesn't allow videos). The space The property is simple and rustic, in the classic Sardinian countryside style. It is submerged into a green space at the end of the promontory of Torre delle Stelle, from which you can access the beach through a shared private staircase. Meaning that you won't have to worry about parking during hot hours, or having to bring all your stuff to the beach, since the house is less than 3 min walk away. With my family, we usually go down for a swim in the morning, sunbath there, then come up for lunch - or go to the restaurant on the beach - and then come back later in the afternoon after a little siesta. Guest access You have access to the whole property. The only neighbours you may have are my cousin next door (she's usually there over the weekend) and my parents downstairs (some weekends only). They will be checking you in, they're lovely people and my dad speaks English: he's an Australian living in Sardinia for 30 years, he'll be more than happy to help you and point you towards the best places to visit around Torre. Other things to note We try to leave responsively, so please make sure to turn off the AC when you leave, and only use it during the hours when is needed, best at night when going to sleep. The house stays cool on the ground floor during the day, and the patio offers a nice shelter from the sun. Upstairs, where the bedrooms are, can be hot during the day, so please keep that in mind when using the space or deciding when to use the AC.
