The space This property has an open plan style living downstairs with views onto the large deck areas. There are also two bedrooms with ensuite to the main bedroom. All facilities are located on the bottom level with upstairs featuring a large loft area with separate bedding space, perfect for older children. Whilst the property is pet friendly, this is for outside dogs only, though the yard isn't fenced pets can be contained on the deck and are welcome to sleep in the laundry area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after the pets and also for any damage that may occur. OUTSIDE PETS ONLY WELCOME A $700 security deposit is required on each booking which is held on a current credit at your time of stay Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels).
