Nestled in a charming setting, the property features five villas that boast stunning views of the verdant paddock, sand dunes, and the ocean. The expansive outdoor spaces are furnished with top-of-the-line comfortable seating that elevates the tranquil ambiance, providing guests with an ideal spot to unwind. The villas are conveniently located within a brief stroll from each other. Inside Each Villa: Every aspect of The Ridge Mangawhai has been meticulously crafted, from the furnishings to the amenities, to provide guests with the ultimate in opulence and extravagance during their stay. The interior of the property exudes a fresh and stylish ambiance, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The open-plan living area comprises a lounge and a fully equipped kitchenette that sprawls out onto the large deck to offers a perfect space for guests to enjoy the stunning views and appreciate the intimate ambiance of the property. Bedrooms: The ground level hosts a luxurious and comfortable king bed, while the mezzanine floor features two loft single beds, all equipped with plush hotel quality linen and pillows, guaranteeing guests the ultimate sleeping experience. Bathroom: Our luxurious bathrooms boast floor-to-ceiling tiles, sleek designs, and high-quality finishes for an exceptional experience. We offer soft, fluffy, and absorbent hotel-quality towels, freshly laundered for your comfort and convenience. Heating/Cooling: To ensure guests are comfortable throughout their stay, the property is equipped with air conditioning for the warmer months and heat pumps for the cooler winter evenings. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze that flows through the large opening doors, adding to the serene atmosphere of the property. Guest access We offer contactless self-check in. This enables you to arrive when it suits you. Standard entry is from 3pm. A Few days before you arrive you will be sent a unique code to enter the Gate and Lockbox. Once at your Villa the entire place is all yours. You don't have to share any of your amenities with anyone. Other things to note Cleaning Fee: Our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed.
