If you block another guest's car, you will be charged the towing cost. Other things to note - Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner. - Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection. Coverage Details: Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances. Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000. Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded. Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Outdoor noise shut down by 10pm - No Pets House Rules: •No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property • Must be 25 years of age to book • Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival. • Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am • No Pets allowed • No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind. • No parties or events • No moving furniture or appliances. • Must obey house Occupancy Limits. • Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home. • Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check. • For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied. • Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately. • Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it. • NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home. Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions • Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories • Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms. • Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
