Play tennis or pickle at the local park. 10 minute walk to the beach. Far away enough to relax yet close enough to new Buffalo, Union Pier or Long Beach The space Vaulted beamed ceilings, sectional sofa with large smart tv, access to netflix or sling, Plenty of board games for kids and adults, mini nintendo, chess/checker board. Bluetooth speaker, Alexa, fireplace. Kitchen: Coffee pot with filters, Full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Toaster oven, all cooking essentials, waffle maker, rice cooker, blender, tea kettle and flashlights/laterns for night walks Downstairs bedroom: New bunk beds/ tempur-pedic mattresses. 1 full size bed, 1 twin top bunk, 1 pull out trundle. Upstairs bedroom: Loft style open-concept bedroom/bathroom area New temper-pedic king bed. The upstairs bedroom is bright but covered with trees. Blinds/curtains are not installed in upstairs area. Bathrooms: Shower Only. No bathtubs Linens and towels provided. Guest access Front patio with fire pit and 6 chairs Other things to note You must be 25 years old to rent. Must Provide Photo ID of all adult guest. Michiana Shores Permit #2021-05 We welcome guests of all backgrounds and walks of life! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --No more than 6 guests at any given time at the house. --Absolutely no parties and gatherings. We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do not have a pack and play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own and are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.*
