Come and stay awhile! Chill in this 1970’s retro yet modern home with a vibe all its own! Sparkling pool and an expansive backyard with natural landscaping, citrus trees and a view of the Catalina mountains. The space We’ve created a space for guests to be comfortable in. The home is entirely stained concrete floors for hygienic purposes. Beds are memory foam mattresses for ultimate comfort. As always, please be respectful of our home and our neighborhood and enjoy yourself. Life is good! Guest access -Long stay guests (over 7 days) We supply enough household products for your first week. Thereafter long stay guests are required to supply all of their own products such as toilet paper and other everyday household items. -We do not allow early check-in’s. It puts unnecessary pressure on housekeeping and we want to always insure that the home is properly cleaned and sanitized. Please refrain from asking. Attached utility shed on the side of the house is not for guest use and remains locked. Other things to note *No parties or large gatherings of any kind will be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate if situation is not rectified.
