Our open-plan living area boasts ample natural light, comfortable seating, and modern amenities. This is a prime location for sun-soaked days by the sea or just exploring the Mornington Peninsula. Book now for the ultimate getaway! The space The property is situated on a private road and has on site parking. The apartment has a large spacious living area with separate kitchen and dining. There is a day bed for taking time out with a good book or that afternoon siesta. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with separate toilet. There is also a laundry with full facilities. On the balcony you will find a BBQ with outdoor dining setting. Bedding Configuration: Bed 1 - Queen Bed Bed 2 - King Bed Bed 3 - Bunk bed (double & single) Day bed located in the lounge room & each bedroom has it's own wardrobe NB: Guests will have only have access to the downstairs apartment and balcony. No Parties or events are allowed. Penalties will apply for breaking this rule. Noise restrictions - Please be polite with your noise and considerate of the neighbours. Quiet hours 11pm - 7am. Council by-laws are in place with enforce a no disturbance policy. Any complaints made from neighbours, Police and the Council regarding a breech of the conduct by you, your guests and any uninvited people will result in immediate eviction. House rubbish bins to be emptied prior to departure and wheelie bins put out onto nature strip. BBQ must be left clean and free from food scraps, grease and oil. Please put the BBQ cover on prior to departure. Also please wipe down the outdoor table and replace the cover on the out door setting. No Smoking. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. All butts must be removed. No food in bedrooms. No heels on timber floors. Keys: Guests are responsible for all keys, locksmith call outs and replacements . Guest access You will have access to the 3 bedroom ground floor apartment and unfenced grassed area directly out the front of the apartments balcony, along with onsite carparking for up to 2 cars. Other things to note Permanent residents live on either side of the property and at times the owner will be in residence in the apartment upstairs.
