Heating is central in the condo building, and provided between the months of October - May. Any Wifi connectivity issues will need to be resolved by the guest through contacting and troubleshooting with the wifi provider. Host can provide more details. Guest access All guests are required to sign an agreement and register with the building priori to arrival. The unit, balcony and all building amenities are accessible to guests (with the exception of games room, movie room, and party room). Other things to note • Please note that a fee of $20/hour will be applied to late check-ins and late checkouts. • Please remove your outdoor shoes inside the unit. • No parties or events. • No smoking inside the unit, including on the balcony. • No food or drinks in the bedrooms. • Quiet hour starts at 11 pm. • Extra blankets, bed linens, pillows, towels are available in the compartment under the bed, and in the guest closet. • Please dispose of your waste before departure. • Waste must be sorted out into compost, recycle and garbage. • Garbage disposal room is next to the elevator. Please do not dispose of boxes, long objects and bulky trash in the chute. Those items should be taken down to level G and disposed of in the public garbage space (in the back next to the garage entrance).
