Our penthouse has quick, easy and secure access at any time of the day or night. Spectacular, spacious and comfortable penthouse, super ventilated and well-aerated, where all rooms overlook the sea, whether it is blue or emerald green, of Arraial do Cabo. Guest access Guests will have free access to the areas of the condominium block B, and will also have access to all the rooms of the apartment and penthouse. Other things to note IMPORTANT 1: Our voltage is 127 V. IMPORTANT 2: We remind you that electronic appliances such as TVs, air conditioning, fans, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, etc., may experience damage due to natural wear and tear and/or due to occasional power outages by the responsible utility company during your stay, and that light bulbs and shower heating elements may burn out, and temporary internet outages may occur during your stay. Note: For quick repairs, such as changing a shower heating element or a burned-out light bulb, our maintenance team can handle them immediately. IMPORTANT 3: For safety reasons, our elevator undergoes periodic maintenance, so it may not operate for the necessary period of time. IMPORTANT 4: As a protective health measure, e.g., for respiratory and allergic diseases, and for improved hygiene, we DO NOT provide pillows, bed linens, or bath towels. For foreign guests, guests arriving by plane, or even guests who are unable to bring their own, we can recommend someone who rents them. (In this case, reservations and quantities must be specified immediately upon completing your reservation or no later than 10 days before your check-in.) DOUBLE bed linen 40.00 reais each.
