With two separate living spaces and central heating, this stylish home is the perfect place to keep warm during your winter escape, for one or two families. Nestled in a well sort after area of unique Arrowtown, only minutes walk to the Main Street with cafe’s, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 min drive to Coronet Peak ski field and 25 minutes to Queenstown, our home is ideally situated for you to enjoy all of the stunning attractions in the area. The space This home has everything you need with two separate living spaces. An open plan living, kitchen and dining space, with a second TV lounge and bar, dartboard. There are two outdoor areas with indoor/outdoor flow, spa and gardens. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms (includes two ensuites), this home would be well suited to one or two families. The house is double glazed, with central heating, an indoor fire and outdoor fireplace and off-street parking. This is our family home therefore we ask you to please respect this. Bedroom configuration can be changed to either 1x King, 2x Queen, 2x King Single or 2x & 4x Single - ask on booking. On request, we can accomodate an extra two children on foam mattresses on the floor in bedrooms and an extra two children on comfortable airbeds (queen or singles) in living spaces. Therefore able to sleep 10-12 people in total. Guest access There will be no access to the garage (although private off-street parking available). No access to the master bedroom wardrobe. Other things to note We have a friendly tabby cat that would love your company and to be fed. We are able to change the beds configuration around if need be e.g. The master bedroom can swap for a Queen and the King can become two singles for another room. On request, we can accomodate an extra two children on foam mattresses on the floor in bedrooms and an extra two children on comfortable airbeds (queen or singles) in living spaces. Therefore able to sleep 10-12 people in total.
