Peaceful house, garden view, king bed + parking

Central location for Northampton, good for Brackmills (Barclaycard), excellent for Moulton Park (Nationwide). Close to Abington Park, good bus routes into town. Driveway parking available. Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age. The space Guests have sole use of the house. This house has three bedrooms, the rear bedroom with garden view and king size bed is provided for guests. 2 other rooms are locked out of use. Weekly cleaning will be arranged for stays longer than 10 days. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house. Excluding 2 rooms which are locked out of use and not part of the listing / there are no photos of these 2 rooms. Other things to note Reviews prior to 2023 were from guests who I hosted in person. From 2023, the house has been provided for sole use of guests, I live nearby. Visitors to University of Northampton, Waterside Campus can drive in 11 minutes. Walkers take 55 mins and Bus passengers take around 30 mins (including 15 mins walking). Active people may use hire scooters which should take around 15 mins. Visitors to Silverstone Race Track, take 40 mins by car (allow extra time on race days).
