This charming Edwardian home is located in one of Manly's most picturesque seaside streets, boasting majestic Norfolk pine trees. The spacious two-bedroom property features a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, as well as an inviting alfresco dining area. With a prime location just a brief 2-minute stroll from Manly beach, this home is an excellent choice for two couples or a small family. The house was previously managed by a third party and hence past reviews can be found in the photos. The space You enter the house via the front gate with absolute privacy and you have an outdoor area for eating complete with BBQ. There is an outdoor shower to rinse yourself off after a day in the surf. You also have the use of two surf-skis if you so desire. Walk inside and at the front of the house you have a large renovated eat-in kitchen complete with four-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher and family size fridge. There is even a TV to keep the chef company. Down the long passageway, there are two separate bedrooms both with queen-size beds and one with TV, and a large fully renovated bathroom with full-length bath as well as a large separate double shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a large family-size living area complete with large flat-screen TV and all of this is in an extremely peaceful location within a short walk to all the action of Manly. Beach essentials: we have all the beach essentials including beach towels, toys for kids, surfboards etc. Inquire before your arrival about the surfboards so that we can prepare them for you before you arrive. Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * Parking: We'll provide you with one free parking permit to allow you to park in the street for free. Please note that a $550 charge will incur if the parking permit is lost, stolen or damaged. * Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel. * Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
