Mountain Top ski area and wedding venue is a 15 minute drive. Downtown Rutland is five minutes to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and the Paramount Theatre. The space The property is located in the Northeast section of Rutland. The area is the most upscale and safest area of the city. Guest access You will be met by the owners to explain the layout of the property and get you settled in. We are only five minutes from the property should you need anything. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. Additional charges will be assessed for cleaning at the rate of $50 per hour if needed. This will include a charge for washing dishes, broken or missing items, excess wear and tear, disregard for use of utilities (leaving windows open when heat is running), etc.
