Nestled along Fort Loudon Lake, this home offers an escape into nature with stunning water views and fun amenities your family will love. The space Sleeping arrangements: - Primary bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom - Sunroom: Twin daybed x2 - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bunkbeds room: Queen/Queen and Twin/Twin Outdoor living: * private backyard and dock with picnic table * tandem kayak x2 and paddles x4 * life vests * fully furnished covered deck with charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) Sensitive Septic Tank: This property uses a septic tank system. Mindful use of water and careful trash disposal is a MUST. Without adequate precautions the tank can overflow and spill. Wildlife/Pest: Pest controls are scheduled monthly, however we may sometimes expect some unwanted visitors from nature. There can be all kinds of bugs and plants. We strongly recommend use of shoes all times outside. IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests that are not included in the official confirmation or have prior approval can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund. Owners, hosts and staffs bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the garages and owners’ utility storage. Boat lift is not for use. Other things to note Pool is no longer available/included during stay. Driveway is very steep, but can fit up to 4 big cars comfortably. Backyard and walk to dock is also steep. Elders or anyone with walking disabilities may want to take caution when walking to and fro the dock. Trash gets pick up on Tuesday. Please leave trash bins by end of driveway. Upper patio outside of sunroom is currently under maintenance and unavailable. ****This is not a party house.
