Spacious oasis in the heart of Raleigh

We are close to NCSU, Meredith College, Peace University, downtown Raleigh's museums, greenway system, Art Museum, Dix Park, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities. It is unusual to find 3 acres of land heart of Raleigh! There are trails leading to a waterfall and creeks on our property. We enjoy listening to the sound of frogs, owls, and crickets in the evening......It is peaceful and tranquil. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The house was built in 1932 and was on 12 acres of land. We sit on 3 acres of land now. There are trails leading to a waterfall and creeks and where a pond used to be. It is so peaceful and tranquil here, it's hard to imagine we're in the middle of the capital city! The rooms are furnished with beautiful antique furniture. The biggest draw to our oasis is that when entering the home it feels as though you have left the big city behind! Guest access There is a laundry room, sitting room downstairs and there are kitchen privileges for guests. There is also a private entrance to the portion of the house where the room is which is right outside of the parking area. During your stay We love meeting people and are excited and happy to tel them about Raleigh and the many exciting things to do in our city and area!
