It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home can accommodate 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 level deck, one covered and one open. Large driveway loop and parking area for multiple boats. Deer and Turkey can be seen regularly in the yard. The space The house has 5 bedrooms (6 queen beds and one twin bed) with 3 full baths. Main level contains 1 master ensuite with 2 additional bedrooms. 2 bedrooms located upstairs. 1 with 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen bed and a twin bed. An office space is located upstairs. Guest access A new keyless entry code is created and provided specifically for each booking. Other things to note Trash can is to remain by the road side for weekly pickup. Please take trash to the trash can at the road. Do not bring trash can closer to the house. Parties or large gatherings are NOT permitted on the property. NO Smoking of any nature allowed inside the house. Do NOT move furniture around in the house. Please respect and take good care of the home and do not cause damage to the property while there.
