We use our own private washer/dryer, in an area separate from the apartment. While there are some house sounds, guests enjoy being in a generally peaceful, calm space. Also, we shampoo the bedroom carpet and living room area rug before each check in.* For extended stays, over 21 nights. we schedule and provide routine mid-stay cleaning(s) housekeeping/maintenance in the apartment each month. On occasion, you may see hosts outside, maintaining the grounds and handling trash cans. Mail and package delivery are not included. Please ask hosts for details. Other things to note Two guests are welcome to book for up to a maximum of 20 days. Longer stays are only available for bookings for one guest. Apartment is in our tranquil, generally peaceful home with house sounds. There is central heat/ac that we can adjust for guest(s) preference, also small outlet space heaters are provided.
