Other things to note 🚨 IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 By confirming your stay, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules and policies: 1. 🙋‍♂️ Only Registered Guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. 2. 😴Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our wonderful neighbors, they’re not on vacation! No gatherings or noise in the front driveway (you’re welcome to enjoy the spacious backyard). This home is NOT for parties or events, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, or loud group getaways. If your group enjoys late-night celebrations, this may not be the right fit. 3. 🐶No Pets Allowed. Violation incurs a $300 fine + cleaning/repair costs. lease understand that we love animals. However, we are also hosting children who are severely allergic to certain chemical/animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate guest with pet and service dog at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 4. 🚭 NO drug, no smoking, no vaping allowed on the premises - Violators are subject to $500 fine plus additional cleaning/repair cost. 5. 📦 No Package Deliveries or mail from USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other couriers. Only food deliveries (e.g., Uber Eats, Door Dash) are allowed. 6. ❌ Do not flush paper towels, sanitary products, or foreign objects inside the toilet. Repairs caused by misuse will be charged to guests. 7. ⚠️ Guests are responsible for irreversible stains on linens or furniture. Avoid sitting with wet swimwear, or using lotions, oils, and makeup on furniture or bedding. Replacement or professional cleaning costs will be charged if needed. 8. ⛈️ No reimbursement will take place due to events outside our scope that could include, but are not limited to: inclement weather, power outage, water & gas supply, internet services, TV programs or channels, force majeure events, street events, noise generated by concerts, works, events, constructions, necessary repairs inside and outside the building and/or any other that is beyond the host control. 9. ⚠️ Host is not responsible for forgotten things. Any items left behind will be kept for 7 calendar days after checkout. Return shipping can be arranged for a courier shipping fee + $25 additional service fee. 10. 🚨 You agree to hold yourself liable for any kind of injuries, accidents, damages, theft or any other event inside or outside the property during their stay. We strongly recommend our guests to take their precautions and purchase travel insurance to be covered from these risks. 11. 📽️ In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor active recording surveillance system installed (driveway, front yard, back yard, side yard). 12. 💦 Water & Ice Notice. For safety, the fridge’s water line and ice maker are not connected to the water tap source. We recommend our guests to consume bottled water which can be purchased at any convenience store. 13. 👨🏻‍🔧Our maintenance staff may access the side yard to roll out trash bins for weekly collection, the garage to retrieve supplies, or the house if essential maintenance or repairs are required. 14. ♻️ No street parking on Friday 8am-12pm due to street sweeping.
