The Lodge Tiny House
Feel refreshed when you stay in this newly remodeled but rustic gem! Come stay in our tiny guest house on a small 3-acre homestead. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The full eat-in kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake or have a relaxing beverage during your stay. The backyard is fenced and the outdoor patio has a propane grill for guest use. **WE HAVE 2 SHORT TERM RENTALS ON THIS HOMESTEAD PROPERTY** This rustic farmhouse was originally built in the late 1970's and was used for family stays by the previous owners. My husband and I completely remodeled this incredible guest house with the intention of using it as a unique and homey short-term rental. We kept the original engineered hardwood floors but added new appliances and conveniences as well as some unique statement pieces. The home sits on our small 3 acre homestead which includes a garden, chickens, quail and our dog. The guest house and fenced backyard are all yours! Feel free to visit our chickens and birds as well as the garden areas. We are happy to provide farm fresh eggs upon requests as available! **the pool is ONLY for the other rental on our property** We are here for anything you need, but respect your privacy and do not require interaction. Please feel free to request eggs, tomatoes or peppers as they are available in our garden next to the Lodge. Because this is a homestead, you may hear and encounter animals and their noises, including but not limited to dogs, chickens, roosters, quail, coyotes, guinea hens. You may also encounter us gardening or otherwise tending to our property with our children. **I have provided white noise machine in the bedroom and living room - there is a rooster that crows very early in the morning as well as dogs that sometimes bark**
