You have full access to every room including kitchen and living areas. Community pool/hot tub opening should be verified with host during winter months (see picture attached) (Free) Covered parking is straight inside the main street entrance to the condo parking lot. Park in assigned unit numbered space or any uncovered parking spot. Host is not responsible for personal injury or vehicle damage. Other things to note Please be honest about your guest count. Our outdoor porch and patio cameras will show us who’s coming and going. If your guest count changes after booking, simply revise your listing and pay the difference. Current Pool/Hot Tub Status Hot Tub & Swimming Pool: Closed From November 1st - April 1st (weather determines dates-dates are tbd by third party HOA and outside hosts control) *Key is hanging on the welcome sign right inside the front door (push down on the gate while engaging key) Again: HOA governs pool and hot tub availability and is outside hosts control. Disclosures: This is a shared pool operated third party (HOA). Definition of a “closed” pool means pool is not accessible and water is not heated. ✔️Use strict supervision with children ✔️Children must be supervised constantly ✔️Don’t assume pool gates are always locked or that children can’t enter pool area easily w/o an adult ✔️Use common sense with temperatures. Hypothermia happens in winter months and includes a desert sunburn ✔️Be respectful to other guests ✔️Host is not responsible for accidents, pool repairs, bad weather, cold weather, lost expectation, or the pool being unavailable during your stay **Always message host to verify pool availability if booking just for the pool.
