You will be close to everything when you stay at our cozy cottage just 5 minutes from downtown Newport, 1st beach and Bellevue Ave. Hosting 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, dining room, stocked kitchen, fenced in yard, outdoor shower and Bonus- adorable she-shed for you to enjoy your Morning coffee or a glass of wine. This cozy home serves as an ideal for a small family or couples' getaway. Sherwood Cottage #1 (3 bedroom) across the street is also available, listed on Airbnb or message me. The space We used a management company last year and had to create a whole new listing therefor no reviews.
