Beautiful house near the lake Otter that is great for a weekend getaway, business, short or long stay! It has lots of update such as new fridge, stove, microwave, flooring and more. Stay in a cozy room feeling like home while appreciating the wonderful lake view! The space The house is located near the Keego Harbor downtown, Otter, Sylvan, and Cass lake, the Clinton river trail, and the Dodge 4 state park. It is a quiet and laid back neighborhood. Guest access Guest will have full access to the kitchen including anything you need for cooking (not the foods and beverages), washer and dryer, you will also have your own storage space in your room, in the kitchen and in the fridge. If you have a big items that you want to store, I have a detached shed that you can use. Other things to note - Parking is available on the driveway where 2 to 3 cars can park - Cable TV is not available but the 2 smart TV's can be used and guests can access such as Netflix and amazon movies with their account information Unfortunately, some unruly past guests have necessitated us to have to state the following: "Please leave the home in the same tidy condition you found it in! We put a lot of effort to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. Our expectation is that we will find it in the SAME tidy condition when you leave. We will, of course, vacuum, sweep, wash floors, toilet, towels and sheets, etc. We just ask that you leave the place tidy, trash picked up, dirty dishes washed, things that we consider to be common courtesy when staying as a guest in someone else's home." Any EXCESSIVE cleaning that causes our cleaner to have to stay longer than what is scheduled, and expected, WILL BE charged back to the guest! This allows us to keep our cleaning fees fair, and only add charges to those who choose to leave a mess behind.
