The bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor with full bath, while the half bath and pull out couch are on the main floor. There is a finished basement with multiple backdrops and areas to hang out or listen to records! There is also a twin sized daybed in the basement. FYI there is no door separating the main floor from the basement. Guest access Enjoy the privacy of the whole home to yourself! There is a fenced in patio with chairs and tables behind the home. There is street parking available, with some restrictions on one side on Mondays and Tuesdays 9a to 1p.
