Make yourself at home in this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house filled with lots of charm and character. Get settled in and enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar or perhaps a cocktail awaits as you relax near the electric fireplace or on the patio deck, surrounded by beautiful Aspen trees that change in appearance during the four seasons. A home where you can get comfortable, make memories with friends and family, and create a restful environment. We can't wait to welcome you! The space Entryway/Main Living Room •As you walk in you will be greeting by the main living room where you can lounge on the couch to watch TV, connect to the Wi-Fi, or maybe gather with friends and family for a game night. Living Room/King Bedroom/Bathroom •A smaller living space is also available downstairs and creates a more private and relaxing environment. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with necessities. The full size washer and dryer is located downstairs. Lastly, the brown chest converts into a queen bed if needed. Upstairs Kitchen/Dining •The kitchen and dining space provides ambient lighting to overlook the patio deck in the backyard and main living room below. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that is ready for all your cooking/grilling needs. The dining table provides seating for 6. The coffee bar is also fully stocked and has a Keurig. Alongside is a cocktail rack with drinkware. Hallway Closet Upstairs •Variety of board games and a pack-n-play Larger Bathroom Upstairs •Needed necessities including first aid kit and hair dryer. 3 Queen Bedrooms with closets upstairs Patio deck/fully fenced backyard •You’ll fall in love with the beauty of the Aspen trees and greenery during the warmer seasons. It’s like an Aspen tree hideout! A welcoming place to gather with friends and family to barbecue, enjoy yard games, or even roast s’mores by the fire pit below the deck. The cozy patio table seats 6. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire home including the garage and fully fenced back yard, with the exception to the owners closet which will be locked and labeled.
