Nestled in Deadshot Bay of Big Detroit Lake, you'll have access to Detroit Lakes and all of it's restaurants, beaches, bars, and fun via land or water. The famous Longbridge bar and grill is a walk away. Try your luck at "catchin' a big one" by day, then stoke up a campfire under the stars and roast s'mores by night. The space The home is nicely updated with lots of natural light. A spacious living room upstairs, and a bar, kitchenette, and rec room downstairs make for great gathering spaces to play games, visit, eat, or just relax. A huge, brand new deck overlooks the large lake lot where there is plenty of room for yard games, camping, bonfires, cookouts, and more. The waterproof underdeck boasts lighting, a 75" TV and a six person hot tub to relax and unwind in any weather. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard, and lake. Other things to note Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use - just sign a waiver. A pontoon, scooters, and e-bikes are available for rent - please inquire if interested.
