Private Suite with independent entry

Private master bedroom with its own independent entry via the covered back patio overlooking backyard. Expanded queen bed w/ 10 inch thick gel-infused memory foam mattress, 52 inch TV, large closet, dimmable lighting throughout. Attached full bathroom with standup shower. Side nook has a small fridge, microwave, but there is NO KITCHEN and ABSOLUTELY NO COOKING IS PERMITTED. Just 3 blocks from downtown Redlands coffee shops, bars, restaurants. View full description before booking. The space - The white door at the back of this master bedroom remains locked from both sides during your stay. It leads to another space, occupied by another guest. You can think of this as one of those hotel suites that have a door to another room, which remains locked. - In addition to the living space itself, there is a separate laundry room on the property with a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. - Please park your car on the street and not in the driveway. Street parking is free and always available. You can leave your car parked on the street for as long as you need, as long as its not in the same spot for more than 3 days. Other things to note - I respectfully require government issued Photo ID to be furnished prior to checkin. I also reserve the right to request additional information (e.g. employment/income), to perform a background check, and signing a conventional rental lease with security deposit.
